My name is Javier Regueiro and I was born in 1965 in Lugano, Switzerland, from Spanish parents.

I have been in Peru full time since 2004. My first visit here was to attend an ayahuasca retreat in the Pucallpa area.

During that stay I became very interested in Amazonian plant medicine and it was a few months later near Iquitos that, during an ayahuasca ceremony I committed myself to making this medicine available to all the people interested or drawn to it.

As a result I have since spent these last years in the Peruvian Amazon area training with various medicine people and shamans, doing shamanic 'diets' with plant teachers, such as ayahuasca, datura, tobacco and others, and have been leading ceremonies since my formal initiation in 2005.

I am fluent in English, Spanish, Italian, German and French.
